Pricing Structure for 'La Casita'

Rent our apartment for :-

* short term holiday stays
* short stay breaks/inspection trips
* a last day base for those who have a late flight home

Weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday only
Other dates are flexible, depending upon availability

Payment Terms

Payment can be made by Paypal, Cash, or Bank Transfer - 20% upon booking (non-refundable), and balance payable on arrival.

Deposit
We request a refundable deposit of 150 euros for any breakages, to be paid on arrival.

Linen Service
Linens and towels are provided. Please note that towels are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is a weekly linen change for a fortnightly stay.
